I am a computer challenged person who really appreciates the simple and worry free computer system that the GeekyGuys installed. They are always available to answer any of my questions. I am a big fan and would recommend them to anyone.

If I have problems with my computer...I call Greg. Sometimes it takes a bit of time to see what I have done with the computer but Greg always figures it out. I feel very relieved to have my computer fixed by a professional.

I have used GeekyGuys a couple of times and always with satisfaction. Greg was quick to get back to me and solved my problem. I really feel comfortable knowing they are available.

GeekyGuys is the greatest. I contacted Geekyguys the first time probably about 4 years ago (when I was still living in Champaign) because my computer had quit working and I was hysterical. Greg was so nice and so fast with fixing the problem and saving all my files. I eventually had to purchase a new computer system and Greg helped me with that, as well as, setting it up for me. Most recently I\'ve again had problems with my desktop and my laptop, and Greg again came to my rescue (even though I\'m currently not in Champaign). Greg knows how we are about being without our computers. So he has them back to us, I think, very timely with a very reasonable charge for services.

The service is very good service and when you call for service it only takes a few days to get an appointment setup.

Greg came to my home and solved my computer problem quickly and for a very reasonable fee. Twice since then, I've phoned Greg about other problems I was having, and he took care of them from his office and didn't charge me for doing so. That's real service, and I appreciate it!

My wife and I are not very computer literate, but Greg has been there to bail us out no matter what our problem has been. He has always takes the time to explain what he is doing whether it is a hardware or a software issue. He keeps us out of trouble in a very friendly and professional way. He is simply our go to guy!

GeekyGuys is the quickest service I have yet to find. I love not having to take my computer in to some shop and drop it off where I don't know what they are doing. GeekyGuys is always very professional and always able to solve any problem I throw at them. The only tech team I call on is GeekyGuys!
