Greg is very knowledgeable and friendly, a great tech support guy. He built my new desktop a couple of years ago and loaded it with the software I needed to handle my internet, email, digital photography and music, and word processing needs. More recently he set up wireless connectivity for my new laptop. His rates are reasonable, he makes housecalls, and he\'s great about answering the occasional dumb questions I have for him.

I was very impressed with the exceptional service I received. I tried to get in contact with someone who could help fix the problems I was having and Greg was the quickest to return my message and most knowledgeable. He had my computer fixed and running again in such a short time. Not only did he fix the immediate problem, but also gave me more information and services to assist in maintaining the security of my system. Greg is also very good at explaining and talking in a language that makes sense to those of us who are not so computer literate. Thanks again Greg for all your help.

Both our computers were down with various ailments. I typically took my hard drive in to an area shop that did a good job of cleaning it out and getting me back in business. This time we had the laptop running from the desktop and I wasn't sure what needed to go in so I checked the yellow pages and was drawn to Geekyguys because it said they made house calls. Problem solved. Called them and left a message about the problem. Greg called us back and set up an appointment to come out. Greg was on time, friendly questions about the problems we encountered, he got right to work, he explained my questions, and did not give up when he encountered a number of viruses and assorted problems on my units. He was able to hook my unit up to free virus protection for the future, and I was able to use my computer just a few hours later. There were a number of downloads and unloads that took a lot of time to do, but Greg only charged for the time he actually worked on the programs, so the bill was very reasonable and far less than trying to replace the computer. Geekyguys is a great service for us older guys that play on our computers but don't know a thing about fixing them, and I'm sure glad we called. I'm passing the word to everybody I know. I really appreciated not having to take parts into the repair shop and pick them back up again. Thanks again, Greg.

Greg did a superb job in selecting precisely the right computer and accessories for me and my wife. And he demonstrated extraordinary skill and expertise in setting up the equipment, and in solving problems that arose with the internet service provider. Then he explained clearly to this computer novice how to navigate unknown waters. I recommend Greg's company to anyone of any level of computer knowledge.

What a great experience we had when we contacted Greg to set up our new laptop and troubleshoot with our older computer! Greg is knowledgeable, polite, and responsive. He is truly customer oriented and he had us up and running in no time. I would recommend GeekyGuys without reservation.
